Swim Team Coach - Part Time - Will Train

St. Andrew's Family Fitness Plus, a subdivision of St. Andrew's Parks and Playground, is searching for part time Head Swim Team Coaches and Assistant Coaches. The ideal coach is passionate about empowering others and is excited to be part of a team that has enriched lives through parks, recreation, and wellness for over 80 years!

As a swim team coach at St. Andrew's Family Fitness Plus, you will play a crucial role in developing a new swim team program and will work with young swimmers of all skill levels. You will work closely with our Aquatics team to create a positive and motivating training program while fostering a love for the sport.

If you are not yet certified in CPR or Lifeguarding, or your certifications have expired, we are willing to train !

We are committed to excellence and seek a coach who shares our passion for helping the youth in our area achieve their goals. If you have experience as a coach, swim teacher, and / or competitive swim team swimmer, and love working with participants of all ages, we want to hear from you!

Position Title : Head Swim Team Coach or Assistant Swim Team Coach

Division / Department : Family Fitness Plus / Aquatics

Reports To : Aquatics Programs Coordinator

Salary / Pay Rate : $20 - $25 per hour, dependent on experience

Benefits : Full family membership to the fitness center; Medical Care Membership available with low ($70) monthly premiums; SC Retirement System. Other benefits include discounts on programs, events, camps, and classes offered throughout the agency.
