Equipment Operator
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Equipment Operator to join their team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully within the organization.
Location : Rochester, MN
Pay Range : $24
Shift : Rotating 12 hour shift available on Days
What's the Job?
- Safely set-up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output
- Apply knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions
- Monitor machines and specialized equipment for defects or malfunctions that could impact product quality
- Follow safety policies, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and ensure safety protocols are adhered to
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities
