  • Good knowledge of different operating systems, networks (LAN, WAN, firewalls) and databases
  • Good knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Applications, VPN, etc.
  • Familiarize with system security, virtualization, data backup and recovery and patch management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Certifications in MCSA, CCNA, and Azure, along with Network course, will be an added advantage
  • Work from home and best in the industry salary

Responsibility :

  • Install and configure software and hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, etc.)
  • Manage networks, servers and technology tools
  • Set up accounts and workstations for users in the organization
  • Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
  • Monitor performance and health of systems and maintain them according to requirements
  • Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
