Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support / System Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all IT systems and applications used by the company
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including servers, workstations, and network devices
  • Monitor system performance and ensure all systems are running efficiently and securely
  • Maintain and update company databases and servers, ensuring data integrity and security
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure smooth and secure operations
  • Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning
  • Train and support staff on proper use of IT systems and applications
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for improvements to current systems

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support and system administration
  • Strong knowledge of server and network administration, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business applications
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of sports management systems and applications is a plus
