  • 1:1 weekly support from BT Trainer.
  • Monthly BT training.
  • Learn with a Behavior Skills Training approach.
  • Teamwork approach to services.
  • Mileage reimbursement.
  • Cell phone reimbursement.
  • Room for career advancement and professional growth.

What skills will you develop?

  • Reinforcement procedures.
  • Defining behavior in measurable terms.
  • Understanding components of a BIP.
  • Implementation of scientific-based intervention methods.
  • Teaching strategies.
  • Consultation skills.
  • HIPAA understanding and compliance.
  • Professionalism and ethical behavior.
  • Electronic data collection.

  • Candidates who seek a rewarding experience that produces socially significant changes and improves the overall quality of life of the children we serve.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Report to Clinical Supervisor (BCBA assigned to client's case).
  • Work 1:1 with the client.
  • Utilize strategies in applied behavior analysis as appropriate to the client's behavior intervention plan.
  • Regularly analyze the client's strengths in completing functional tasks and assess their needs.
  • Notify the clinical team of newly observed target behaviors.
  • Document significant behavior changes accordingly.
  • Recognize and respond appropriately to challenging behaviors exhibited by the client.
