Security Project Manager
Lead project planning, coordination, and execution for security-focused initiatives.
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Partner with security teams, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders to track deliverables, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
Facilitate meetings, document action items, and drive follow-through across workstreams.
Support implementation and transition activities related to SIEM and security tooling.
Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, communication plans, and stakeholder updates.
Coordinate user readiness, communications, and adoption activities utilizing SharePoint and other collaboration platforms.
Manage project repositories and documentation using approved tools and processes.
Track project risks, issues, decisions, and mitigation plans.
Collaborate with Security teams and other technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or combined PM/BA role.
Experience managing enterprise security projects in complex organizations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with:
Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms
Log management and security monitoring solutions
Enterprise security implementations and technology rollouts.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience creating business requirements, process documentation, project plans, and status reporting.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with QRadar SIEM or SIEM migration/implementation projects.
Experience with Trellix and/or CrowdStrike security platforms.
Experience supporting security operations, monitoring, logging, or cybersecurity initiatives.
