Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of Dealer Implementations from Kick Off to Launch, ensuring effective communication and resource allocation

Guide Dealer Partners through the Implementation cycle, focusing on configurations, integrations, and quality testing

Track and report on the status of Dealer Implementations, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Account / Client Support or Implementations / Project Coordinator roles

2-3 years of experience with SaaS solutions and integrations preferred

Familiarity with car dealership business models is strongly preferred

Experience working with tools such as Jira, Salesforce, and Postman is considered an asset

Automotive industry experience is a significant plus
