Your Responsibilities

• Identify potential healthcare candidates utilizing our exclusive platform along with your personal network
• Engage with candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Schedule meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Follow up with leads to keep their interest alive and assist in their hiring journey
• Ensure accurate and current records are maintained in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires from your leads
