• Reach out and introduce MLR opportunities while assessing candidate interest
• Arrange appointments for deeper candidate screenings with our recruiters
• Keep in touch with leads to boost their interest and support their hiring experience
• Maintain precise and current records within our applicant tracking system
• Enjoy commission based on meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and successful placements made from your leads
