JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you have Regulatory Windchill Coordinator experience, and are you seeking a new job in Fairfield? Horizontal Talent is helping a collaborative company recruit a Regulatory Windchill Coordinator, and this full-time role comes with an attractive contract rate.

As a Regulatory Windchill Coordinator, you will provide support to the Regulatory Affairs team and be responsible for validating Global Regulatory Library (GRL) approval record metadata. You will be using search criteria to pull Regulatory Approval records information for assigned countries via the application and downloading the information to create Excel tracking sheets.

In your first few weeks in this Regulatory Windchill Coordinator role, you can expect to :

  • Use search criteria to pull Regulatory Approval Records information for assigned countries via the WindChill application
  • Download the information to create Excel tracking sheets
  • Leverage the Excel tracking sheet and Country Specific Approval record templates to validate the Metadata of the individual approval records
  • Identify out-of-syncs between specific metadata fields and the approval records
