A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to support the recruitment process and assist hiring managers in meeting staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support the recruitment process

Screen candidates and track applications using provided templates and systems

Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience

Required Qualifications

Work experience as a Recruiter, Human Resource analyst, or similar role

Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Teams experience preferred

Experience with Zoom

Proactive approach and strong work ethic

Must have your own computer / laptop; the company does not supply equipment
