A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner II.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
Lead all aspects of the recruiting process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in full life cycle staffing / recruitment in a corporate environment
Proven track record of filling direct-hire / permanent roles, preferably in Life Sciences
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Experience in developing and implementing candidate sourcing methods
Strong consultative approach with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
