A company is looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and lead sourcing strategies for Backend and Frontend engineering pipelines across North America
Use analytics to track sourcing performance and forecast hiring outcomes, providing updates to leadership
Lead and mentor a team of sourcing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications :
8+ years of experience in engineering sourcing or recruiting
2+ years of technical recruiting leadership experience managing teams of at least 4 people
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
Deep understanding of Backend and Frontend technologies
Proven ability to collaborate with engineering leaders and manage complex stakeholder relationships
