Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Temp

URBN is seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Temp to support our recruiting team and help deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This role is critical to ensuring our hiring process runs smoothly and efficientlyfrom scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications to supporting sourcing initiatives and maintaining data accuracy.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating a seamless experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. This is a temporary position.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews across multiple departments and time zones, ensuring smooth logistics and timely communication.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Support sourcing efforts by helping identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels.
• Prepare and distribute offer letters, background checks, and onboarding materials as needed.
• Track recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate pipeline status) and assist with reporting to key stakeholders.
• Help organize and support recruiting events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
• Continuously look for ways to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and elevate the overall hiring experience.
