Our top candidate will have extensive experience in the site selection process, negotiations, contracting, joint ventures, due diligence, financial analysis, land-use entitlements, land development, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions. In your new role, you will be based at the corporate office in Upland, CA, and report to the Vice President, Managing Director of Land Acquisition with significant interaction with company owners.
