I am working with Billing Clinic Hospital in Billings, MT and they are looking for some temporary Gastroenterology coverage over the next several months. I wanted to touch base with you to see if you might have any availability to help out. This facility is willing to look at unlicensed candidates to help out them out in 2025. We would be willing to facilitate and pay for a Montana licensure with a commitment from you. A Montana license is currently taking about 60 days to process and obtain. This facility is looking for coverage November ongoing

Inpatient and outpatient work

24 hour call shifts (7a-7a)

The facility is looking for 1-2 weeks of coverage per month

The stints needed will all be seven day stints

This facility has the following stints needed as of right now :

November 18-25

December 2-9

More shifts for 2025 ongoing

The physician will be responsible for clinic while on 24 hour call

16 Beds in the clinic

APC support in clinic only

The physician is expected to round on patients

Phone consults may be heavily utilized (The facility uses Voalte which is a Secure messaging platform).

The physician must be comfortable with Conscious and moderate sedation.

EMR : ProVation / Cerner platform

Candidates must have ACLS and BLS CPR certificates

60-90 days to privilege

per 24 hour call shift

$570-585 per hour for any hour worked in the facility while on call
