Our client is a fast-growing, specialist recruitment firm serving Australia's construction and infrastructure industries. As a Talent Resourcer, you will be instrumental in driving client's talent attraction strategy. Your core mission is to identify, engage, and nurture top-tier candidates across the construction and infrastructure sector. You'll be handling the operational backbone of the recruitment function from sourcing to outreach allowing the CEO to focus on client acquisition and strategic growth. This role demands someone who can combine sourcing acumen with digital communication flair to deliver compelling candidate experiences. Responsibilities as a Talent Resourcer
- Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (Loxo) to ensure pipelines are clean, structured, and up-to-date
- Build longlists of qualified candidates tailored to detailed job briefs
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns through Loxo, email, and LinkedIn
- Personalize outreach messages and manage candidate follow-up sequences
- Coordinate interview schedules, confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
- Source across Seek Talent Search, Loxo, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Draft candidate-facing content such as campaign copy, email templates, and "About Us" blurbs
- Track, tag, and categorize candidate engagement and status in the pipeline
- Maintain client's visibility and engagement with passive candidates through consistent outreach and content
