PBS Engineers, Inc. (PBS) is a leading MEP design engineering firm with over 75 professionals offering exceptional Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing engineering services from 5 offices in Southern California and 1 office in Houston, Texas. PBS provides planning, design, and project coordination services for a variety of aviation / transportation, institutional, private, commercial, and residential development projects, as well as municipal projects. Position Summary
PBS is seeking a full-time Project Accountant at our corporate office in San Dimas, CA. The potential candidate will be part of the team responsible for generating the company’s monthly billing as per client requirements, and maintaining accounts receivables / collections, project creation & budgets, and project documentation (contracts, addenda, amendments, etc.).
Responsibilities (including, but not limited to) :
- Prepare and submit monthly invoices for fixed fee, lump sum, and hourly (time and material) contracts, per client requirements.
