Job Details

  • Prepare / review IRS Forms 706 (Estate), 709 (Gift), 1041 (Fiduciary), and CA Form 541
  • Support post-death tax planning, trust funding, and sub-trust allocations
  • Analyze estate documents and tax implications
  • Collaborate with fiduciaries, attorneys, and financial advisors
  • Handle IRS / state notices and assist with audits
  • Conduct research on estate, gift, fiduciary, and GST issues

    • Looking For :

  • Active CA CPA license
  • 4+ years' trust and estate tax experience (including some exp. with 706, 709, 1041, 541
  • Proficient with tax software (e.g., Lacerte, CCH Axcess)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Based in CA (or open to remote work with CA clients)
