Tax Management
Provides consulting and information-sharing tax services for the organization and ensures that all appropriate tax regulations are followed. Key responsibilities and duties include monitoring appropriate federal, state and local tax regulations and obligations, preparing appropriate tax forms and instruments for filing with federal, state and local jurisdictions, working with business units to keep them informed about tax implications of their operation, and helping junior staff learn the appropriate regulations, filing procedures and internal communication needs.

Required Qualifications
5+ years tax experience in a corporate and / or public accounting setting
Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of experience in direct and indirect state tax, CPA certification or similar advanced professional designation, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field, excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex tax matters clearly to diverse audiences, proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail and meeting critical deadlines, collaborative team player with demonstrated success working across functions and building strong working relationships

Base Pay Range
$102,000 / yr - $140,000 / yr Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
