The Learning Experience of Southside Jacksonville FL is seeking a flexible and enthusiastic Floater Teacher to join our amazing team! This is the perfect opportunity for an educator who loves variety and enjoys supporting classrooms across multiple age groupsfrom infants to preschoolers.

As a Floater Teacher youll play an important role in maintaining classroom consistency ensuring our children continue to learn play and thrive every day. Youll support lead teachers assist with lesson implementation and help create a safe and happy learning environment where Happy Happens Here!

What Youll Do :

• Support teachers in classrooms ranging from Infant to Preschool as needed.
• Implement daily routines and assist with The Learning Experiences L.E.A.P. Curriculum .
• Foster positive relationships with children families and staff.
• Ensure classrooms remain safe organized and engaging.
• Step in to cover breaks vacations or absences to maintain quality care and consistency.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 6 months of childcare experience (1 year preferred).
• CDA Associate or higher degree in Early Childhood Education preferred; High school diploma / GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Must meet Florida childcare licensing requirements .
