Executive Assistant Position

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the senior leadership of our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Results

• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior finance executives
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
• Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical
• Act as a liaison between the finance department and other internal departments, as well as external stakeholders
• Assist in the preparation of financial documents, reports, and presentations
• Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings, investor relations events, and other high-level meetings
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Manage expense reports and process invoices
• Assist with special projects and research as needed
• Provide general administrative support to the finance team
