Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Team Lead- Closeout- 2nd Shift at our El Paso, TX facility! The core hours are Monday thourgh Friday from 4 : 00 pm - 12 : 45 am. The rate for this position is $23.92 + $1.00 shift differential per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do :
The team lead assists the Supervisor in the coordination, facilitation, and motivation of the activities of all assigned employees to meet or exceed established High-5 metrics and goals including safety, quality, delivery, cost, lean, and efficiency. Lead by example in areas such as safety, ethical standards, attendance, intensity, sense of urgency, team philosophy, initiative, quality assurance, standard work, 5-S, product knowledge, positive attitude, interpersonal communication skills, and professional presence.
