The Sourcing Leader is responsible for supporting sourcing activities for assigned categories, including supplier identification, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure sourcing decisions align with business needs.

This position reports to the Pre-Production Planning and is part of the Supply Chain department located in Fargo, ND or Madison, WI and will be an ONSITE role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

• Support sourcing activities for assigned categories, including supplier identification, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure sourcing decisions align with business needs.
• Assist in the development of cost reduction and avoidance strategies while maintaining quality and sustainability standards.
• Monitor supplier performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain contract documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Apply structured problem-solving and analytical tools to evaluate sourcing alternatives and support decision-making.

The salary range for this role is $75K - $100K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.
