A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager - SaaS.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage a portfolio of assigned enterprise customers

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong client relationships

Lead technical onboarding, implementations, and ongoing account management for assigned accounts

Required Qualifications

Experience in a Technical Account Manager, Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or similar role

Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and enterprise customer environments

Comfort with technical concepts such as integrations, APIs, and data workflows

Five to seven years of relevant professional experience, or a combination of experience and education

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
