A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to drive customer success using their GPU infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for their needs
Host regular, data-driven partnership reviews with key customers and deliver exceptional customer outcomes
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Engineering teams to ensure technical and operational readiness for customer onboarding
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in a customer success or customer-facing role
Prior experience in a cloud infrastructure company
Ability to work with engineering teams and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience in designing and leading the implementation of new processes
Proficient in using advanced data analytics platforms for strategic decision-making
