They will play a key role in understanding business needs, analyzing data, and implementing Agile strategies for effective project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Lead and participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Work closely with developers and qa teams to ensure successful implementation and testing of solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts and team members.
- Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and delivery efficiency.
