Gathers data and provides analysis for the resource management center across the health system. Serves as scheduling system administrator. Completes ongoing analysis of scheduling and coverage needs for facility, region and system. Manages and updates predictive model, volume and acuity adjustments. Manages content of dashboards and reporting of staffing and scheduling utilization and trends. Updates and maintains timekeeping, staffing and scheduling systems including training of end users. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

High School diploma or GED. Four years of relevant experience.
