Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and internal teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with learning objectives. Apply ADDIE and L&D best practices to create high-quality instructional content. Ensure all training materials meet compliance and regulatory requirements . Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible learning content . 3-4 years of experience in instructional design or content development. Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects. Experience designing compliance-focused training materials. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Certifications in learning design, e-learning development, or related fields. Work samples (portfolio link) demonstrating expertise in compliance training, e-learning design, and L&D best practices.

- Our client is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer from Utilities and Energy industry to support a growing energy client by designing and updating engaging e-learning content and training materials. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in instructional design, with expertise in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise , and a strong focus on compliance and regulatory standards.
- This is a hybrid role based in Carmel, IN , with 3 days onsite per week . If you're a creative, detail-oriented instructional designer with a passion for developing impactful learning experiences, we'd love to hear from you!
