Job description

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Editor is responsible for executing high-quality video and multimedia edits that support marketing, brand, and on-property promotional initiatives across the resort and casino. This role works closely with the Senior Editor and Director, Post Production to deliver compelling visual stories with speed, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

  • Edit video content across a wide range of formats, including:
  • Advertising campaigns (broadcast, digital, social)
  • Property promotions, events, and nightlife content
  • Hospitality storytelling (rooms, dining, entertainment, gaming experiences)
  • Assemble rough cuts, fine cuts, and final deliverables based on creative briefs and direction
  • Execute color correction, audio cleanup, and basic motion graphics as needed
  • Manage file organization, versioning, and media workflows within the post-production pipeline
  • Collaborate with producers, creative, social, and marketing teams to meet deadlines and creative expectations
  • Ensure all edits align with brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity standards
  • Maintain consistency across multiple simultaneous projects and high-volume production cycles
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently and iteratively
  • Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, or related field is a plus
  • 2–4+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in agency, media, entertainment, or hospitality environments
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, and Media Encoder
  • Basic motion graphics and animation skills
  • Familiarity with shared editing environments (e.g., shared storage, proxy workflows)
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
  • Familiarity with multi-format delivery (social, OTT, broadcast specs preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and skill set, considering a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal equity and market data alignment.

The compensation process is designed to be fair and simple so that all Members and managers understand the Company's goals and future career development opportunities for upward mobility.

SALARY

$70000.00 per year - $80000.00 per year
