The ideal candidate brings strong technical and business recruiting expertise, operates with a consulting mindset, and is comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, talent profiles, and hiring priorities.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms to identify and engage passive talent.

  • Conduct candidate screenings to assess technical, functional, and cultural fit.

  • Partner with recruiting coordinators to ensure a smooth and timely interview process.

  • Provide a high‑touch, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

  • Track recruiting activity and progress using Micron’s applicant tracking system and adhere to compliance requirements.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing market insights and recruiting best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter supporting IT, technical, or business‑critical roles.

  • Demonstrated success managing full‑cycle recruiting across multiple requisitions simultaneously.

  • Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and influence stakeholders.

  • Experience using modern applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for IT, digital, automation, AI, or procurement roles.

  • Background supporting complex, matrixed organizations or large enterprise environments.

  • Familiarity with semiconductor, manufacturing, or technology‑driven companies.

  • Prior experience working in a contract or consulting recruiting capacity.

Additional Information

  • This role is a contract hourly position and does not carry headcount ownership.

  • Location flexibility: Boise, ID, or San Jose, CA.
