In this role, you will focus exclusively on technical accounting research, documentation, and support for complex transactions. You will not have direct reporting or team management responsibilities. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong public accounting background who are looking to deepen their technical expertise in a dynamic environment. / ph3Key Responsibilities / h3ulliConduct technical accounting research and prepare memoranda to support the treatment of complex transactions in accordance with GAAP and IFRS. / liliAssist in the preparation and review of technical accounting documentation for internal and external stakeholders. / liliCollaborate with finance, operations, and legal teams to provide technical accounting insights. / liliMonitor changes in accounting standards and regulations, and summarize key impacts for the finance team. / liliSupport the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards. / liliAssist with external audits and regulatory inquiries by providing technical accounting documentation and analysis. / liliParticipate in special projects and process improvements as assigned. / li / ulh3Qualifications / h3ulliBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. / liliCPA required. / liliMinimum 5 years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 experience required). / liliStrong technical accounting research and documentation skills. / liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. / liliEffective written and verbal communication skills. / liliAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. / liliHigh attention to detail and organizational skills. / li / ulh3Benefits / h3pMedical and Prescription Drug Benefits, Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Dental Vision Benefits, Basic Life and ADD Benefits, 401k Retirement Plan with Company Match, Company Paid Short Long-Term Disability, Paid Parental Leave, Open Vacation Policy Company Holidays. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $180,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
