Position Summary

In this dynamic role, you will lead a design team, overseeing all project elements the pursuing new opportunities, ensuring project delivery is on time and on budget. You will be responsible for proposal preparation, project staffing, and maintaining strong client relationships. Your expertise will guide the execution of project designs, schedules, scopes, and budgets, while ensuring quality control and compliance with corporate policies. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying new clients and fostering a cohesive team environment.
