The Lead Technical Analyst will possess an expert understanding of how changes within clinical and utilization management software impact interconnected enterprise systems, including considerations for regulatory risk, customer service, and financial implications. Furthermore, they will mentor Associate, Intermediate, and Senior Technical Analysts, sharing functional and organizational knowledge.
