  • Work with engineers, architects, and technology leads to translate product roadmaps into detailed designs and technical solutions.
  • Coordinate with customer support reps and trainers to ensure smooth adoption and effective user engagement.

Product Management

  • Define and manage product(s) features, requirements, and enhancements, in accordance with established best practices
  • Develop and maintain product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with business needs. Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories and specifications that create clarity on the product's goals, features, user needs, and success criteria, ensuring alignment across design, engineering, marketing, and other teams throughout the development process
  • Develop and execute clear plans for testing, release management, rollout with end users, and on-going support and maintenance
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform enhancements and future direction.

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Translate business objectives and user needs into roadmap initiatives and features.
  • Balance near-term deliverables with long-term strategic investments.
  • Continuously evaluate product fit/gap, technical dependencies, and process optimization opportunities.
  • Benchmark against external solutions and best practices to drive innovation.

Communication

  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Facilitate regular roadmap alignment sessions with business leaders, product owners, and technology teams.
  • Provide clear documentation and release notes for new features and updates.

Requirements
