Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The role involves program management and support for the Michigan Credit Union Foundation (MCUF). Working alongside the MCUF Executive Director, the MCUF Program Manager will oversee various MCUF functions, such as communications, fundraising, grant and program coordination, young professional support, and board relations. This is a hybrid role requiring one to two days in the Lansing office per week.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the execution of the MCUF strategic plan and budget.
- Guide and support the MCUF Executive Director in all areas of MCUF board relations including board meetings, communications, and board elections.
- Provide program management support for MCUF programs and initiatives including grant management, financial counseling training program, financial reality fairs, and scholarships.
- Oversee young professional development programs, including CU Spark Tank, as well as serve as a liaison between FUELmi and MCUL / MCUF.
- Provide support with design and execution of fundraising events aimed at supporting MCUF.
- Provide program management to oversee Children's Miracle Network fundraising and committee support.
- Participate in project coordination and management for initiatives for other MCUL & Affiliates teams as requested.
