Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology projects from initiation through delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of overseeing multiple projects and cross-disciplinary technical teams.
Responsibilities :
- Assigns tasks to and coordinates work with engineers, technicians, and administrative staff.
- Works with multiple engineering disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, and automation engineering teams to design and plan project milestones.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Create project charters detailing project scope, background, key stakeholders, deliverables, constraints, and assumptions.
- Creates project schedules using Microsoft Planner or similar software to track progress.
- Properly manages changes to projects using an engineering change order procedure.
- Prepares proposals to provide professional services or obtain funding for engineering projects or programs.
- Provides continuous updates and communication to company leadership and the client(s).
