Location : Noblesville, IN 46060
Salary : $50, 000 / year-$60, 000 / year + Commission
Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
What You’ ll Do
As a Recruiter at TLX, you’ ll play a key role in connecting skilled trades professionals with rewarding job opportunities. You’ ll work closely with both candidates and clients to ensure the right fit, every time.
- Proactively source, screen, and engage skilled trades candidates using various tools and methods
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements, company culture, and work environments
- Create compelling job descriptions and outreach that resonate with your audience
- Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and retention
