divh2Technical Recruiter Opportunity / h2pWe are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team at a North Las Vegas office. Initially hired as a contractor, this position has the potential to transition into a contract-to-hire role. The ideal candidate will recruit highly skilled positions within the mining industry or related fields such as Oil Gas, construction, engineering, etc. Were open to considering highly adaptable recruiters with a proven ability to quickly learn and thrive in new industries. This role requires an independent and self-motivated recruitment professional with advanced sourcing and placement skills and deep familiarity with recruiting for niche, technical roles utilizing SuccessFactors as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). / ppResponsibilities : / pulliLead full-cycle recruitment processes for technical roles, including but not limited to geologists, construction managers, hydrogeologists, process maintenance technicians, metallurgists, and planning engineers. / liliUtilize SuccessFactors ATS to manage candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and ensure compliance with recruitment standards. / liliDevelop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier professionals, leveraging job boards, social media, networking, and targeted outreach methods. / liliBuild strong relationships with hiring managers to understand specific talent needs and make consultative recommendations on candidate profiles. / liliScreen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with technical qualifications and organizational fit. / liliMaintain a high level of hiring efficiency while adhering to established timelines and budgets. / liliStay informed about industry trends within mining or adjacent fields (Oil Gas, construction, engineering, etc.). / li / ulpRequirements : / pulliRecruitment Experience : 3+ years as a professional recruiter, preferably with specialization in technical or highly skilled roles within mining, Oil Gas, construction, engineering, or similar fields. / liliAbility to work independently, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines effectively. / liliFamiliarity with SuccessFactors ATS or similar platforms is required. / liliExperience recruiting critical roles such as geologists or engineers is a plus. / liliStrong interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage stakeholders and candidates at all levels. / liliDemonstrated ability to think critically and adapt to learn the nuances of a complex industry quickly. / li / ulpWork Arrangement : / pulliMonday-Thursday : In-office work in the North Las Vegas location. / liliFriday : Flexible work from home. / li / ulpPreferred Qualities : / pulliKnowledge of the mining industry or adjacent fields. / liliProven track record of placing highly skilled technical professionals. / liliMotivated, resourceful, and self-driven to meet organizational goals. / li / ulpThis opportunity promises an exciting challenge for a recruitment professional who is ready to take ownership of critical hiring needs within a vital industry sector. / ppRobert Half is the worlds first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
