The Recruiter plays a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our clients. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment cyclefrom posting jobs and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, and leading orientation. The Recruiter also represents the company at job fairs, community events, and through outreach efforts to build relationships and promote employment opportunities.
- Prior experience in scheduling, customer service, or recruiting.
- Bilingual in Spanish, Somali, or Hmong.
