A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter responsible for shaping and executing recruiting strategies to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and lead recruiting strategies and hiring plans to attract and retain high-quality talent
Partner with cross-functional teams to assess talent needs and align recruiting priorities with business goals
Manage full-cycle recruiting, ensuring an inclusive and equitable process for all positions
Required Qualifications
5-8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR with a focus on managing recruiters and hiring managers
Proven ability in workforce planning, recruiting analytics, and candidate assessment methodologies
Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement with C-level leaders
In-depth knowledge of job leveling systems and compensation benchmarking
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or professional certifications preferred
