Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

What You'll Do :
- Partner with hiring managers across all engineering groups (Powertrain, Airframe, Software, etc) to understand hiring needs, business goals, and team dynamics.
- Develop and execute robust recruitment strategies to source and attract top technical talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You will drive every detail of the process, including high-touch coordination as needed.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, ensuring alignment with the company's culture and strategic goals.
- Provide expert advice to hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes. Use analytics and reporting to inform our strategy going forward.
What You'll Need :
This role will require consistent on-site presence at our office in Santa Clara / San Jose. Expect ~3 days a week in office.

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company's business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $100,000 - $170,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
