Title : Technical Recruiter
Pay Rate : $50 - $55 / hourly
Work Location : Seattle, WA (onsite 5 days a week)
Duration : 6-9 month contract role with a possibility of extension
Schedule : 40 hours week / / M - F
This role focuses heavily on sourcing and processing candidates for language-focused and AI-adjacent positions, supporting critical data services that power advanced technology models.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys heads-down sourcing work, and is motivated by delivering results at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- 50% - Candidate Processing & Review : Review language assessments, evaluate candidate quality, and build strong pipelines.
- 20% - Stakeholder Interaction : Partner closely with hiring managers, recruiting partners, and internal stakeholders.
- 10% - Data Entry & Tracking : Maintain accurate records across multiple systems and platforms.
- 20% - Focused Sourcing Work : Boolean searching, outreach strategy, and pipeline optimization.
