  • Key Responsibilities Include :
  • Developing comprehensive tender and proposal strategies.
  • Conducting thorough reviews of tender and proposal key components.
  • Determining the disposition and progression of tenders and proposals.
  • Reviewing and addressing tender and proposal clarifications.
  • Crafting opportunity assessments and engagement plans.
  • Proactively identifying and capturing new leads.
  • Qualifying leads to identify viable opportunities.
  • Strategizing and executing cross-sell and sell-up initiatives.
  • Prioritizing opportunities for focused engagement.
  • Negotiating sales quotes to secure favorable terms.
  • Preparing detailed and accurate sales quotes.
  • Determining the disposition of sales quotes.
  • Preparing and managing contract amendments, suspensions, early terminations, and renewals.
  • Investigating and validating events related to business operations.
  • Collecting and analyzing market activity intelligence.
  • Gathering and assessing units intelligence to inform strategy.
  • Required Qualifications :
  • Proven experience in a sales-focused role.
  • Strong engineering background or equivalent technical expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, build lasting relationships, and execute successful campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of bridging technical and sales teams.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to understand and address complex customer requirements.
  • Preferred Qualifications :
  • Experience in a role that directly involved bridging sales and technical teams.
  • A track record of success in increasing third-party business or similar growth initiatives.
