Technical Recruiter
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Recruiter to lead the full life cycle recruitment process for internal corporate IT positions. This role involves a strategic partnership with hiring managers to understand role requirements and to provide guidance on internal processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
Responsibilities :
- Lead full life cycle recruitment for internal corporate IT positions, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, qualify requisitions, and provide training and guidance on iCIMS and internal hiring processes.
- Advise hiring managers on talent availability, feasibility of hire, and market trends, offering strategic recommendations and solutions.
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract both active and passive IT talent.
- Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, social platforms, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the IT organization and broader business to anticipate hiring needs and pipeline talent.
- Facilitate the offer process, including obtaining approvals, extending offers, and negotiating compensation within established guidelines.
- Manage pre-employment processes such as reference checks, background checks, I-9 verification, and onboarding documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in iCIMS and maintain compliance with all HR, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Track and report recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding compensation, candidate information, and sensitive business matters.
- Support internal mobility processes, ensuring promotions and job changes align with company policies and diversity commitments.
- Conduct referral tracking in accordance with the Refer A Friend program.

Work Environment :
This position offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote. The role requires collaboration with various teams and offers flexibility to manage both remote and in-office responsibilities effectively.
Job Type & Location :
This is a Contract position based out of Hanover, MD.
Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
