Key Responsibilities

Respond to technical inquiries from customers and process cases using various communication methods

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to provide repair support and determine warranty eligibility

Record case details in CRM and communicate unresolved incidents to higher-level representatives

Required Qualifications

Minimum high school graduate or GED

2-3 years of engine or mechanical experience

Experience with electronic parts lookup systems and technical information environments

Must complete required certifications within specified timeframes

Customer service and product training within 3 months
