• Conduct comprehensive testing and performance evaluations to verify system functionality, accuracy, reliability, and readiness for deployment or customer use.
Analysis & Troubleshooting:
• Conduct systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify, document, and resolve technical, operational, and quality-related issues.
• Investigate equipment failures, performance deviations, and customer-reported concerns, implementing corrective and preventive actions to restore functionality and maintain compliance with quality standards.
Documentation & Regulatory Compliance:
• Maintain accurate and complete service, inspection, testing, validation, and quality records in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and user guides.
• Participate in audits, CAPA activities, and compliance initiatives to support the effectiveness of the quality management system.
Order Fulfilment & Equipment Preparation:
• Support order fulfilment activities by preparing, testing, verifying, documenting, and coordinating equipment prior to shipment.
• Work closely with logistics, inventory, and operations teams to ensure equipment accuracy, quality, regulatory compliance, and readiness for delivery while meeting project deadlines and customer commitments.
Customer & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional service interactions, technical expertise, and responsive support.
• Collaborate with technical support, engineering, sales, quality, logistics, inventory, and other cross-functional teams to address customer needs, communicate service issues, improve product performance, and provide operational feedback.
Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to improve service operations, testing procedures, quality systems, and fulfilment workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and strengthen the overall customer experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and assist with special projects and other technical or operational duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Associate’s degree in engineering, biomedical engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician) are a plus.
