Must be able to work independently and have a clear driving record.Job Duties:Follow instructions from Physicians regarding which area of the patient's body needs imagingTalk the patient through the procedure and answer questions to lower their anxietyCorrectly position the patient, adjust the imaging equipment to the specified positionPrevent unnecessary radiation exposure both to themselves and to the patientFollow correct techniques and procedures such as patient shieldingKeep good patient recordsMaintain radiology supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating future needs and placing ordersMaintain a safe and clean working environmentSeeking motivated A.R.R.T., LSRT credentialed graduates of an accredited Radiology Technology program.
