Technology Support Analyst
Insight Global is looking for a Technology Support Analyst to join one of the largest non-profit healthcare systems in the US. In this role, you will be supporting the Supply & Service Resource Management (SSRM / Supply Chain) applications, including the ERP system, in accordance with companywide standards. Additionally responsible for extrapolation data from multiple sources, organizations, and presenting the outcome to leadership. This position will also demonstrate strong data analytics skills and manage processes that bring the customer value.
Other responsibilities include :
- Utilizing documentation and procedural standards, this position is responsible to maintain the SSRM applications (ERP, Contract Management System, Item Request system) on a regular basis.
- Leading special projects, leading and participating in meetings where appropriate, contributing to continuous improvement of process, customer service, financial outcomes, and value add.
- Leading implementation of new facilities within ERP system, ensuring appropriate data migration, end-user training, and adherence to project milestones.
- Assessing the degree of change management required to meet technology and business goals.
- Working collaboratively with facility materials management and other functional leaders.
- Managing the site resources jointly with facility management to ensure tasks are completed as scheduled.
- Serving as a resource for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SSRM technology.
- Electronic data interchange (EDI), working with trading partners to resolve any operational issues, coordinating and testing all EDI implementations with EDI partners, analyzing current implementations, making recommendations for improvement.
- Processing and monitoring all inbound / outbound documents.
- Reviewing and testing upgrades, and added functionality in order to support ERP system.
- Developing reports, analyzing data, updating data for ERP system.
- Developing and training ERP end-users across organization.
- Performing functional process analysis to ensure site processes reflect workflows required by Lawson, and working with other functional teams, i.e. A / P technology team, to modify and document processes to form standard operating processes and documentation practice.
- Acting in an independent manner with minimal supervision, while maintaining high quality standards.
