Office Workplace Guidelines
Sia provides a flexible workplace environment tailored to meet client and business needs. Managing Directors are expected to work from the office full time, three days per week. This reflects the critical leadership role Managing Directors play in driving our business, fostering collaboration and strengthening client relationships.
